Tau's network of genomic sensors are connected via the cloud to the Tau computing platform, which integrates organism identity and prevalence patterns across sensors with information on location, weather, as well as other spatial and human dynamics data.

Tau's genomic sensor modules live in public places, business and homes, attached to continuous air collection points in HVAC filter systems. These capture regular snapshots that are translated into ongoing pathogen and pest organism security insights for consumer and business customers in Tau's mobile app. Such insights have health, cleaning and maintenance implications that allow customers to take action to avoid outcomes ranging from building damage to illness outbreaks.
